My name is Chris Andersen. I’m a 22 year old guy from Norway. And I am currently trying to find work abroad in Spain. I’m an educated industrial worker, this basically means that I can work in any factory that has to do with large quantities of production.
I have worked in large factories making beer, ice-cream and windmills. So I’m used to working with heavy machinery as well as mastering them.
I have previously worked in a kiosk, I’ve worked in a “supermercado” and I’ve worked in a paint-shop selling different brands of paint.
I am looking for any type of job I could get my hands on. That be in a bar as a bartender, in a restaurant as a waiter, in a “supermercado” as a salesman or in a factory. I would also like to work with children, that being in school teaching young Spaniards English, or working with smaller kids in kindergarten. I would also be interested in working with food as I have a passion for food and also went 1 year to chef’s school. That could be as a chef in a hotel or in a restaurant. I am basically willing to work with whatever I should get offered, as long as it’s a job I’m able to make enough money to cover my life costs with.
Depending on the job-offers I am able to join the position in May 2012. If the job should sponsor my flight costs I should be able to join straight away. By being sponsored, I would be able to join the position straight away and attend work as soon as I’m needed.
My best qualities would have to be that I’m patient, I’m a hard-worker, I learn really fast, I’m a competitive person, I’m good with children and I have the ability to make people feel comfortable around me.

We also had a large number of shop / bar / restaurant contracts, which had to be completed within strict timelines, resulting in large late penalty fees for failure to meet the contract schedule. Depending on how many simultaneous contracts we had in progress, I could have up to 25 tradesmen working for me. As it was my own business i had to be on top of all business aspects of the VAT returns, accounts and preparing weekly general documentation for the part-time accountant, calculate the taxes from the wages of subcontractors, obtaining contract offers, price and quantify materials off plan for tenders, and the completion and submission of contract bids, quality control of the subcontractors work to ensure payment to me by the prime contractor, measuring, calculating and resulting payments to subcontractors for price work, and advertising and when additional labor is required and the hiring of their labour, the calculation and ordering of materials for each contract and the general day to day running of a small business. I specialized in commercial work including renovation restaurants and shop fitting, although some domestic contracts were also done. I negotiated and arranged (written) contracts, subcontractors working practices and contracts and the subcontractors and also undertook any hands on work itself, as and when needed.

GRANTS & LOANS

Employee to choose from. Family package status is available for
Employee that wishes to relocate with Family.
• Employee is entitled to take meals free of charge at the general
staff canteens. Dietary option, customized cooks and dietitians are
available options
MEDICAL/HEALTH
• Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care
for the term of contract and follow-on care for injuries suffered
during the term of contract for employee and family.
• Employee shall be entitled to comprehensive health care services,
which are to be administered by medical experts on job locations.
• In a case of emergency situation, an Employee will be flown to his
home country or any country suitable for the best medical attention.
This decision can be influenced by the findings of New Dawn Hotel
medical experts, unless the Employee in question states otherwise.
